Course Description
The purpose of this course is to provide practical content required to implement and manage Maximo Enterprise Asset Management projects. It outlines the foundational skills needed to launch digital transformation leadership across a wide range of industries, both from process and technical perspective. The goal is to arm the students with skill needed by many organizations today to help them set up their CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) as an enabler for data driven decision making.
Course content
The course focuses on maintenance business processes and Maximo EAM configuration and set up. It addresses the skills needed to help organizations lay the data foundation for industry 4.0, a paradigm shift in maintenance and reliability that is quickly changing maintenance and reliability space as we know it.
