Basic terms

These Terms of Service for Bridgesicloud Asset Management Solutions constitute a binding contract between you (“Member” or “Customer” or “You”) and Bridgesicloud, a business based and operating in California, USA (“business”), regarding the terms under which the business will provide You with access to online courses (or parts thereof) purchased by You.

Rights & restrictions

1. Members must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Members are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, nontransferable, and non-sublicenseable right to access that portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase.
3. The portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase will be available to the Member as long as the Member has active Membership
4. The course(s) is(are) maintained by the Business, which will be a minimum of the designated membership duration after Member’s purchase.
5. The videos in the course and all other content provided in the training are not to be downloaded saved or copied in any form.
6. Although the content covers most of the topics required to pass exams such as SAP S/4HANA certification exam, the business has no affiliation with any of these companies and does not promise or assume any responsibility on whether members pass these exams.
7. The business has no affiliation with the owner of all the technologies presented in this training.
8. All the content provided here is based on the course designers understanding of the technology and their experience.
9. By agreeing to grant such access, the Business does not obligate itself to maintain the course, or to maintain it in its present form.
